Who We Work With

Outreach Debate is the world’s largest student-run debate nonprofit, built to make speech and debate globally accessible without a price tag. Their reach spans 20+ countries and 20 U.S. states, powered by 1,700+ community members and 250+ volunteers. They have hosted six debate camps, eight tournaments, and dozens of free online workshops, creating real infrastructure for students who do not have debate programs, coaching, or resources locally. Outreach Debate has taught over 11,000 students through their programs.

Miniapple Health is a team of experienced registered nurses supporting Minnesota schools and child care centers with the health services that keep students safe, supported, and ready to learn. Their work includes health services assessments, special education evaluations, immunization strategies and reporting, vision and hearing screenings, care management and coordination, and individualized student health plans. They also offer child care health consulting and CPR, First Aid, and AED training, helping school communities stay prepared and consistent with best-practice health standards.

NextGen STEM is a tutoring organization committed to expanding equitable access to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education. Through hands-on labs, competition preparation, and mentorship-driven enrichment, the organization equips students with foundational technical skills and problem-solving frameworks. By fostering early engagement in coding, engineering design, and applied science, STEM Horizons builds strong academic pipelines into advanced STEM coursework and national competitions.

Meeting Math in the Middle is a tutoring initiative dedicated to improving educational outcomes in underserved communities across the United States. The program connects high school students with middle schoolers, creating a peer-led learning environment that strengthens math skills and builds confidence. Through structured lessons, personalized support, and mentorship, high school tutors reinforce key concepts while serving as relatable role models. By fostering academic growth and leadership development, the initiative promotes educational equity and empowers students on both sides of the classroom.
